San Fernando Valley Power Hour: Springtime Coffee - A Virtual Experience for BOMA/GLA Valley Member

San Fernando Valley Power Hour: Springtime Coffee - A Virtual Experience for BOMA/GLA Valley Member

Thursday, May 27, 2021 (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM) (PDT)

Description

This Power Hour event comes at a simultaneously exciting and uncertain time: Tenants will soon be returning to their properties while we are adjusting to a new type of climate market.

The Valley Region has some of the most diverse forms of office properties – from traditional high-rises to vast campuses to medical office space. Understanding how different types of properties are intending to handle the inflow of tenants is essential, as is recognizing the ongoing challenges that persist including rent-payment/leasing and providing meaningful tenant amenities.

This will be a peer-facilitated discussion and kick off periodic Valley Regional Council programming.

A raffle will be conducted at the end of the program – all Principal Member attendees will be eligible.

At this Power Hour Valley members will put their heads together to understand how they are addressing biggest issues facing owners and managers:

  • The market climate in the Valley
  • Tenant engagement and amenities in the aftermath of COVID-19
  • Rent payment and leasing

Members should also feel free to bring forward issues impacting them.
