BOMA Pacific Northwest and BOMA Pacific Southwest are hosting a Joint Regional Conference in Spring 2026, bringing together commercial real estate leaders from across the West Coast. The conference will take place April 27–29, 2026, in San Diego and will feature discussions on key trends and emerging topics shaping the industry.

The conference will kick off with a San Diego Padres game on opening evening and conclude with exclusive building tours, offering attendees the chance to experience some of the region’s notable properties.

Approximately 200 attendees are expected, and the conference is anticipated to sell out.

Please note: Associate and Professional members must secure a sponsorship in order to attend. The only exception is for individuals serving on our Board of Directors in 2026.
