Jen Mergott is responsible for revamping old processes, evaluating new tech, and aligning property management goals with tenant experience. EQ proudly invests and partners with emerging platforms to keep with the pulse of the industry. Though she is West Coast based, EQ has a national presence spanning from New York to LA. Jen helps support tech initiatives on both coasts ranging from sustainability projects to updating old tech to suit current needs.

Bayron Lopez is the Director, Operational Technology responsible for managing and innovating Kilroy Realty's smart buildings systems. He helps determine policies and processes from security, maintenance and growth to increase building efficiency and tenant experience.
